Registration Fees
Forum registration fees are depending on the Participant Type
and the registration period. In addition EMVA member organisations
benefit from reduced fees. Invoicing is done directly during the
registration process offering comfortable online payment using credit
cards.

**Students have to submit a valid student card or certificate of matriculation.
Cancellation policy
A cancellation of registration may be done via the online registration portal at any time.
Paid
registrants may cancel until Wednesday, August 27th, 2025, without
charge by contacting payments(at)emva.org. After that date, a €100
cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations
received after Wednesday, September 24th, 2025.
